TRANSITIONAL EMPLOYMENT

The Transitional Employment Program (TEP) is supported work program that is unique to Clubhouses. Through this program, club members can hold part-time, temporary jobs in the community that are obtained and managed by the Club.

Each TEP employee works at the job for 6-9 months. TEP offers those who may want/need extra support getting back into the workforce. TEP's are available to all actively involved club members who have a strong desire to work.

SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT

The Clubhouse supports an employed member and their employer through regular contact and on-site visit. Supported and independent employment programs assist members to secure, sustain, and better their employment. TEP and Supported Employment are roads permanent employment for Clubhouse members.

INDEPENDENT EMPLOYMENT

The Clubhouse helps members transition into full-time employment in jobs of their own. Members who are working independently continue to have all Clubhouse supports and opportunities as well as participation in evening and weekend activities.
